the breakfast was amazing. rooms are amazing and comfortable too. the app made it easy to check in and use a digital key.
I thought the hotel looked shabby. it was not as clean as it should have been. The carpet throughout looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. there was no attention to detail.

the room was nice and neat. the breakfast food included a made-to-order omelet station which was full service.
the experience i had with the front desk was not representative of a four-star hotel. i waited eight minutes on the phone to confirm where the shuttle would pick us up.

the airport shuttle was VERY efficient. i waited only five minutes for it. check in via app was fast. my king suite was clean. hallways were maintained well. breakfast had many choices. subway station access is quite close.
the music volume at the hotel bar at night was loud. it was hard to sleep before quiet hours began.
